最简单的炒面
最简单的炒面,10分钟内搞定,味道还不错,但是我还是想念小时候的两面黄。。。。
乌龙面一包,开水里烫烫,弄弄散,一分钟
上海小白菜,若干,洗净,切好
开起油锅,放肉丝,煸至变色,盛其。
再加点油,放青菜,快炒至扁塌。
加入烫好的乌龙面,炒匀,加入适量老抽,盐和糖。
再加入肉丝,炒至断生,颜色均匀。
还是那时候有点焦黄的两面黄好吃啊。真是想念那些味道,好遥远的回忆。。。。
