最简单的炒面
最简单的炒面,10分钟内搞定,味道还不错,但是我还是想念小时候的两面黄。。。。
乌龙面一包,开水里烫烫,弄弄散,一分钟
上海小白菜,若干,洗净,切好
开起油锅,放肉丝,煸至变色,盛其。
再加点油,放青菜,快炒至扁塌。
加入烫好的乌龙面,炒匀,加入适量老抽,盐和糖。
再加入肉丝,炒至断生,颜色均匀。
还是那时候有点焦黄的两面黄好吃啊。真是想念那些味道,好遥远的回忆。。。。

番茄牛肉浓汤
材料:
牛肉半斤,小号卷心菜半棵,大号番茄2个,大号胡萝卜2根,中等洋葱一个,姜若干片,tomato paste半小罐。
做法:
牛肉切小块过水,洗净,加适量水和姜片煮30分钟。
卷心菜切片,洋葱切块,胡萝卜去皮切块,番茄去皮切块。
加入胡萝卜和洋葱到牛肉汤里,煮30分钟。
再加入卷心菜,番茄,大火煮开,加橄榄油1小勺,转小火,炖1个小时左右,直至牛肉和蔬菜都酥烂。
加入半小罐tomato paste,煮开后,转小火15分钟,加盐调味,加淀粉汁勾芡。
吃的多的,第二天可以用来下面或者拌饭,味道真是不错。
